Prepper FIT & HEALTH: How Long Does It Take To Get Strong?

There are lots of ways a person can develop strength. Strong muscles. I am talking about muscles that can work and lift things over and over again. I do not mean muscles that necessarily look really good in the sun!
There are very few people who can stay focused and get really strong really fast. It takes discipline and serious effort along with radical discomfort.
For most people it takes a while to get strong and I want to talk to you about one strength metric that has been with me for a long time.
