March Routine: Path Body Mind Soul
Better late than never! The March routine comes roaring in 6 days late. My BAD! In truth I had it all along but I was worried about it not being complete. The big highlight this month is a 30 day (COUGH) yoga routine. Lets try for 25 days. No other fitness.
