It’s time for another “Ask Cat” episode on Herbal Prepper Live! Call in this Sunday evening with all of your natural health, herbal, and prepping questions.

Originally, I was going to talk just about hypothyroidism. We’re going to save that topic for next Sunday (6/12/16). I have been wanting to do another audience-directed show ever since the first one. It was a really good show. It got great audience feedback. Lots of you messaged me to tell me you got a lot out of it. Plus, I really loved the direct interaction with the audience. Just for those reasons, I think it was my favorite episode ever.

Because of that, I’ve decided to do an Ask Cat episode once a month. They will be on the first Sunday of every month. This will let everyone mark it on their calendars and have plenty of time to get their questions ready.

What kinds of questions are on topic? Anything related to herbal remedies, herbal crafting, natural health, and preparedness. Are you confused about how to make tinctures or salves? Have you been trying to find a source for medicinal plant seeds? Have a question about how to manage arthritis pain or anxiety if pharmacies are no longer available?
