I am back inside the Oculus Quest. I do love VR both for entertainment and for fitness. This is a training exercise in a game called ESPIRE ONE and I think it’s worth talking about. I know may people look at video games as a waste of time and trust me some are! However, there are some benefits and particularly to what you can simulate in VR at home at ZERO cost!
