Members Video! Tying a Wooly Bugger with Rooster Hackles
We had a mean old rooster that had to get the blade. We arent really supposed to have roosters around either. So, I made it a point to keep his beautiful hackles and turned them into some flies that I can catch fish with.
This is an instructional on how to tie one of the best flies anyone can have in their fly box. It is called a wooly bugger and is designed to mimic underwater life from minnows to nymphs. Is it time to start fly fishing? Give it a try. In these trying times it is great theraphy.
