I never went fishing until I was pretty well into adulthood. Pop didn’t fish, so he never took me while I was a kid. But man, am I ever glad I decided to take it up. Now, I make it a point to go fishing with my sons every year. There’s Nothing like the enjoyment father and sons have when they catch big mouth bass on a lake for an afternoon!

You said it, sir! It has been my whole life and I have had the luck to watch my own kids fish and catch fish. Growing up I fished every weekend but I never looked at it as a means of getting food. It just worked out that way for me. Now I eat more of the fish that I catch. Getting out early when no one is on the water is still the best.
