On the first Sunday of every month, I do an “Ask Cat” episode. Call in this Sunday evening with all of your natural health, herbal, and prepping questions.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Ask anything related to herbal remedies, herbal crafting, natural health, sustainable living and preparedness. Are you confused about how to make tinctures or salves? Have you been trying to find a source for medicinal plant seeds? Have a question about how to manage arthritis pain or anxiety if pharmacies are no longer available? Bring your questions and ask away!

If I don’t know the answer off-hand, odds are, I know where to get it. I will track them down and cover them in the next Ask Cat episode. If it’s a complex issue, I will do a stand alone episode just on that concern.

How do I participate?

You have your choice of three options:

1. Be live and join us in the live chat, and you can ask your question there.
2. Call in to the show while it airs live at 347-202-0228.
3. If you can’t be live with us on Sunday, visit www.HerbalPrepper.com, and use the contact form at the bottom of the page to send me a question. Please put “Ask Cat” in the subject line. I will answer your question during the live broadcast, and you can download the show to listen after it airs.
