I was taught by a trained instructor how to use kettlebells and how to avoid ripping your back and shoulders apart by using one improperly. The base we lay here is going to become our base for kettlebell workouts going forward.
Dont knock lightweights. You will see just how devastating light weights can be.
The medicine ball is incredibly essential to at home workouts. It doesn’t seem like a lot of weight. We are using an 8lb ball but it makes a huge difference!
This is our first workout in 2022. We are going to be doing some plank today and strengthening the core. Take your time and control your movements. This is a great workout.
