All things bow hunting with Signal 11 and Muddy Outdoors Pro Staffer Scott Koedam. I have known Scott since he was in grade school hanging out at the fire department with his father. Scott has been successfully hunting in each season ever since before that time. He has an undergraduate degree and started his own company Precision Outdoors and become a sponsored hunter. He is also currently recording and producing an outdoor television show as well.
During the show we discuss a wide variety of aspects that concern bow hunting. We talk about a selection of hunting grounds and the eventual location of your stand or blind (public and private land options), and blind vs. stand (and what type of stand), feeders, attractants etc. We also talk about bow selection (compound, long, take-down, sling, cross, DIY, etc.) and a few that we each recommend for a beginner or someone who wants to bow hunt year after year.
Scott covers camouflage, 3D Target ranges vs. regular target practice, competitions, bow making, becoming pro-staff and videography. While I could spend a whole show talking about bow making I will try to limit this portion to just a few minutes to share resources about the process.
