As preppers we all realize the importance of alternate shelter in the form of a bug out location. A safe place away from the hustle and bustle of large towns and cities where we have all the necessary supplies safely tucked away for when we need them. Some preppers prefer to go the homesteading route and keep most of their food on the hoof or in the ground for as much as possible. Others insist that a permanently set up community of “like minded” people is the only way to go. Somehow or another, each of these ideas has its strengths and its weaknesses.

What if there was a way to incorporate all the good from each idea into one idea. An idea that would provide permanent full time homes for those that want that, as well as a bug out location for those that want it, and the small farm/homestead for the rest?

I think I have come up with just such a plan. A club of preppers that share a plot of land, either for living full time, or using as a bug out location, but which offers an agricultural aspect to support the life essentials to its members when things go to heck in a hand basket.
This week I will explain the idea that I have for a prepper community that addresses the needs of almost all that have ever thought about setting up a safe location. I will explain how the land can be bought and used by all the members without the hassle of notaries and lawyers that are needed to subdivide a property. Also, everyone gets to have their own place to do with what they wish, as well as the security and piece of mind that comes with a full time community.
