On this show we explore the ever growing world of social media and how it has changed our lives. Also, we are going to look at what type of damage these large tech corps can do to our society if we let them off the leash.

In 2014 Steven founded The Amateur Society, a discussion group that focuses on questions of philosophy, worldview, economics, geopolitics, science, current events, and any other topics participants bring to the table. The goal of The Amateur Society is to create an open environment where everyone can sharpen their cognitive tools in order to conduct truth-directed inquiry. Last, but certainly not least, we are going to talk about some alternatives. Just because the big guys are the most popular doesn’t mean you are doomed to only used them. There are social networks popping up all the time and you, as the consumer, can move to any outlet you want. Don’t let them take that power away from you!
