The Strange End!
Host: Jacqueline Druga “Apocalypse Nana

Strange ApocalypseHeaven help us, the sky is falling. Well, not exactly. But when we think of end of the world scenarios, we think of things coming from the sky. Meteor, nuclear weapon. We also envision a plague. Some sort of nasty virus that will wipe us all into extinction. Heck, many people will even say zombie. However there are lesser thought of ways that can bring man to his knees.

Technological strike, infiltration from within … even aliens.

Join us this week on Apocalypse Nana as we discuss different and lesser through of ways we can be facing an apocalypse. Also. How to prepare for such scenarios.

Our guests share their thoughts, that they would do and even tips that enlighten you.

Chat will be hopping and our lines will out when our guests start talking.

This week on Apocalypse NaNa “The Strange End” we have Dina Rae

Strange dina1Dina Rae is a new author here to stay. Her four novels, Halo of the Damned, Halo of the Nephilim, The Last Degree, and Bad Juju weave research and suspense throughout the plots. Her short stories, Be Paranoid Be Prepared and Halo of the Madonna, are prequels of sorts to her Halo series and The Last Degree.

Dina has just completed her fifth book, Big Pharma, Big Agri, and Big Conspiracy. This is her first nonfiction book. It covers the connection between corporations and New World Order.

Strange dinaDina lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs outside of Dallas. She is a Christian, an avid tennis player, movie buff, and self-proclaimed expert on several conspiracy theories. She has been interviewed numerous times in e-zines, websites, blogs, newspapers, and radio programs. When she is not writing she is reading novels from her favorite authors Dan Brown, Anne Rice, Stephen King, Brad Thor, George R.R. Martin, and Preston & Childs.

When asked about her survival outlook, Dina said, “I am a very basic prepper. I have a survival bag and general know-how on the basics. I believe everyone should have a large stash of water-at least a week-and a large stash of food that doesn’t need to be prepared-ready to go meals. Doomsday Preppers is one of my favorite shows. If money was not an issue, I’d easily buy land in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, some place like that, and build an underground bunker. I feel that EVERYONE should have a firearm and know how to use it.” You can find Dina at http://dinarae.co/

And if you are interested in a contest she is having where she is giving away rafflecopter giveaway with organic basket, herbal tea, and organic ginger candy as prizes. Stop by …. HERE! (contest is on this blog)

7-17We are also excited and thrill to have Scott Baker. An interesting and fascinating man.

Scott M. Baker was born and raised in Everett, Massachusetts and spent twenty-three years in northern Virginia working for the Central Intelligence Agency. Scott is now retired and lives in Gainesville, Florida as a full-time writer along with his wife and stepdaughter. He has written The Vampire Hunters trilogy, about humans fighting the undead in Washington D.C., as well as Rotter
World, which details the struggle between humans and vampires during a zombie apocalypse. Please visit the author’s website at http:\\scottmbakerauthor.blogspot.com.

7-17 rotterScott had this to say about his survival skills, “I’m not much of a survivalist prepper, especially since I moved from Virginia to Florida. I know that’s not smart, especially down here in hurricane country. I’m trying to get back in the game, though. I’m limited by the fact that, because of work and school considerations, we have to live in Gainesville (population 125,000). My goal is to be self-sufficient for at least two weeks in order to be able to survive any type of emergency situation that arises. However, in case of an apocalyptic event, I would have to develop a plan as the situation unfolds. I know that sounds irresponsible, but as veteran of the CIA one thing I learned that is no matter how carefully you think ahead, no plan survives upon contact with the enemy. The saving graces are my wife is a nurse and I’ve been trained to be aware of what is around me and to act accordingly.” We look forward to Scott on the show.

As always, Apocalypse Nana will be an enjoyable show with not only lots of fun but awfully informative as well. Don’t miss it. Join us on line, on the phone and in chat.
